Getting Started Sell With a Clear Plan
Selling a home starts with a plan: a price based on recent sales, a list of what to do before it goes on the market and a timeline that fits your next move. I'll walk you through each part, handle showings and offers with you and keep you updated until closing.
Seller's Guide

Setting the Price
The price is the biggest decision in a sale. I'll prepare a market analysis that compares your home with similar homes that have sold, are under contract or are for sale now. We'll go over the numbers together, and you'll decide on a price that fits the market and your goals.

Getting Your Home Ready
Small updates can make a difference: fresh paint, repairs buyers will notice and clear counters and closets. I'll walk through the home with you and suggest what's worth doing before it goes on the market and what you can leave as it is.

Getting Your Home Seen
Once the home is ready, I'll enter the listing in the MLS so buyers and their agents can find it. We'll talk about photos, the listing description and where to share it, and I'll keep you posted on interest as it comes in.

Showings and Offers
I'll schedule showings around your routine and pass along feedback from buyers' agents. When offers come in, I'll lay them out side by side, including price, financing, contingencies and closing dates, so you can compare them and decide how to respond.

From Contract to Closing
After you accept an offer, the buyer usually schedules an inspection and an appraisal. I'll keep track of each deadline, help you respond to repair requests and stay in touch with the buyer's agent and the title company or closing attorney until the sale is complete.
